Dynamic Sound Systems believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If an item arrives damaged as a result of shipping
we will gladly exchange, replace or refund the purchase price. If an item becomes defective or you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date we will gladly exchange, repair or replace the purchased item. Please understand that most items purchased on Dynamic Sound Systems include - FREE Shipping.
In the event of a non-defective return we will credit the cost of the item less our actual shipping charges not to exceed $500.00 per item. In the case of a defective item to be returned or replaced we will cover all the shipping costs including the original purchase price. We want your online shopping experience to be easy and worry free.
(All items returned must be in original condition and packaging to be deemed renturnable and to avoid additional charges)

We are members of the Safe Shopping Network and the Certified Safe Shop Site The Public Eye, which is monitored 24hrs a day.
Our Web site protects the security of information you transmit to us by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information inputted.
We do not reveal your credit card or personal information when ordering or submitting to any 3 party companies or other related agencies.
All items to be shipped are factory sealed brand new and are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Items that are not new will be noted as "B-Stock". These items are either floor models or are open box demos. Dynamic Sound Systems will extend a 30-Day warranty for all B-Stock items.

We maintain that our pricing is very competitive, however if you would like to make us aware of a lower price for a product please email
Sales@surroundsolutions.com. Along with the lower price quote we will need the company name and their web URL to verify the price.
Shipping:
Shipping is easy with us. All the items are 100% insured to your door. There are no hidden fees or additional charges outside of the total purchase price
Order Processing
To expedite your delivery time we provide shipping from Arizona, Mid West and East coast warehouses.
Most orders placed on our web site by 1:00 PM Arizona Time M-F will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM M-F can ship the same day but will typically ship the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. NEED IT QUICK - please call us for special situations and delivery requests.
Delivery Time
Orders that are to be shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states will arrive at your shipping address within 1-7 business days. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered in calculating time for delivery.) White Glove and some Freight Logistic Companies due to the nature of larger shipments may take up to 10-15 business days. Please consult with our representatives to confirm your delivery time.
FREE Ground Shipping
- UPS & FEDEX - Items that are shipped with these carriers will provide in home delivery at no additional charge. You will be notified with tracking information once the item has been picked up and is out for delivery. To provide the quickest delivery time we will ship some orders from outside facilities. This does not delay our ability to ship the item but on occasion will delay our ability to post tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order. Shipments to HI, AK or PR will incur additional freight charges
- Truck Delivery - Our freight carriers will notify you by the provided daytime phone number 24 hours in advance to setup a delivery time. Larger packages that are too heavy or do not meet the standard carrier size specifications will be delivered via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS & FedEx in how the items are actually received. Exclusive at Dynamic Sound Systems we offer 3 different freight delivery methods:
- Inside Delivery - Products will be delivered through the the first dry door (front door or garage) as directed by the customer.
- Inside Placement Delivery - Inside Delivery plus products will be delivered to the room of customer choice
- Full White Glove Delivery - Inside Placement Delivery plus products will be delivered to the room of customer choice, removed from packing, set in place as directed by customer, and all trash and packing materials removed from the premises
It is extremely important when receiving a shipment via truck that you INSPECT the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage or if you feel the package is in a condition you are uncomfortable with, YOU MUST write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the documentation you are given to sign by the driver. This simply insures that if there is any damage, we will be able to replace the item at no additional charge.
We recommend if you are ordering a large package to consider having asking another person to help with the unloading and opening of the package. If you are unable to get assistance with your package you may contact the trucking company to arrange an inside delivery. Please note you will be responsible to pay the trucking company directly for any additional fees for this service.
APO/FPO Shipping
- For orders going to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories, we'll ship via USPS Priority Mail (USPS size and weight restrictions apply). Please allow extra time for delivery.
Expedited shipping options
Expedited shipping is only available on items that are shipped UPS & FEDEX. And exclude items that require a truck delivery. You may calculate faster shipping methods such as Next-Day AM, Next Day, Two-Day air delivery and Three-Day delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary. Saturday and Sunday and National Holidays may not be counted as shipping days. Only packages shipped Next-Day will be eligible for a Saturday delivery and will incur an additional $10.00 charge. Please contact us for any special instructions or requests.
Returns
Non Defective Item Returns:
If an item is to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date we will credit the cost of the item less our actual shipping charges. Packages that are shipped incorrectly will be picked up and replaced at no additional charge.
All items returned must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise additional charges may be applied. (Please note only and all Omnimount orders will also incur a 15% restocking fee unless waived by a store manager)
You will need to contact us at sales@surroundsolutions.com or toll free 1.866.377.1411 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
This number will insure that your account receives a timely refund. Please write this number on the shipping label only, not the actual package. Packages returned without a valid RA# will not be received and will be returned at the shippers expense.
Damaged or Defective Item Returns:
Our items are well packaged and are shipped in factory new condition. If the package arrives via freight damaged or even slightly damaged please note the damage when signing for the package. We recommend inspecting the contents of the package before signing and receiving the item.
If the item is damaged inside we will need to be notified with 48 hours of delivery. Notifying us within a 48 hour time period ensures the ability for us to replace your product with no additional charges.
If we are unable to replace the damaged part we will pick up the package and replace the enitire unit an no additional charge. Please make sure not to discard any of the original packaging. All items must include their original packaging and parts for a the item returned and for a credit to be.
Unauthorized Returns:
Orders that are placed incorrectly without prior notification for correction or result in a return do to a change of mind, refusal, size/color, which is at no fault of Dynamic Sound Systems will incur both original ship to (not to exceed $250.00 per shiping destination & item) & return charges. In addition, if we cannot reuse the packaging for the shipped item, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Is my personal information safe?
Dynamic Sound Systems takes firm measures to protect the personal information of every customer we serve. We encrypt all of your personal information. We are tested and verified by organizations such as Security Metrics, the Safe Shopping Network, ePublicEye, and the Better Business Bureau. Our goal is to provide you with a safe and reliable shopping experience. We never sell or share customers' personal information.
Why do you need the 1-800/Customer Service number from my credit card company?
At Dynamic Sound Systems, we take great care in protecting our customers. For orders that are being shipped to a different address than where the credit card billing statement is mailed, we take the extra step of verifying the shipping address with the credit card company. This ensures that all orders are being placed by an authorized user of the credit card.
What do I do if my shipment is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please call us before you do anything else! It is not always necessary to return the entire item in order to correct the problem. We can ship new glass pieces and even cabinet and stand parts such as legs, doors, or shelves. Our "Help Desk" link has more specific information. (link here)
What does "Back of Truck" mean?
Items that are too large or too heavy to be shipped by FedEx or UPS are shipped with a freight carrier. The term "Back of Truck" is a transportation industry standard term; it means that you will be responsible for moving the item from the back of the truck into your home. Sometimes the delivery driver will help you, but they are not required to help when an item is shipped using this method. Are you ordering a large cabinet or think you might need help? Call our Customer Service Center and ask about other shipping options.
What is "White Glove" delivery service?
"White Glove" delivery service is a special handling service offered for some our products. There are two different standard service levels available: White Glove Inside Delivery and White Glove Installation. With inside delivery, the White Glove shipping company will bring the product off the truck and into your home; this "Silver" level service includes stair carries (up to two flights). With installation service, the White Glove company will also unpack your product, take away packing materials, and perform standard assembly. Does being an "Authorized Dealer" really matter?
Most manufacturers will only honor warranty claims if your product was purchased through a factory authorized dealer or a dealer authorized through distribution. Some competitors might be selling stolen, used, or fake products. In order to ensure you will be provided with proper support and warranty coverage, you should only by products from an Authorized Dealer.
